Therapeutic Support
Therapeutic support is designed to help your child feel more secure, confident, and emotionally regulated, and to support you as a parent or caregiver in responding effectively.
We aim to create a space where children and young people are seen and supported, and where parents and carers feel empowered and hopeful. Whatever you and your child is facing, we’ll work together to find a way forward - one that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to your family.
We work from a clinic in Thurmaston (Wednesday afternoon) and Quorn (Friday). We also offer online therapy.
We welcome enquiries from parents and families who are self funding, or who are accessing support through the Adoption Support Fund (ASGSF) in Leicestershire.
We also accept Bupa health insurance: Dr Helen Smith : Psychology
