ELSA training:

We are now accepting bookings for our initial ELSA training programme for the upcoming academic year (2026-27). This is the full 6 day training programme, and includes 2 follow up group supervision sessions.

We are a leading provider of ELSA training in Leicestershire and Leicester City, delivering training for ELSAs from individual schools including Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 settings, as well Academy Trusts.  

Our ELSA training is accredited by the ELSA Network.  We continue to hold the ELSA Quality Mark, which recognises the consistently high standard of training and supervision we provide.

ELSA supervision:

We are now accepting bookings for our 2026-27 ELSA supervision. These groups run half termly throughout the academic year, and are open to new and previously accredited ELSAs (including those who trained with other providers).

We offer a personalised approach, building strong and collaborative relationships with each ELSA - helping them to grow in confidence and excel in their role. We receive consistently excellent feedback from our ELSAs, year on year.
